Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born October 4 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also appears as part of the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are also her voices. The series was launched with the English version of Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and former social worker, as well as JoAnn Cook who is a weaver and instructor of cooking. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook first was featured in a public service announcement for foster care at the age of seven of age. She began working as a child print model at the age of 10 years old, appearing in national ads for Target and appearing on the boxes of Milk-Bone dog biscuits.
